Formulation of Biodegradable Sustained Release Implants of Mifepristone

摘要

The objective of this study was to develop abiodegradable sustained delivery of implants ofmifepristone, an anti-progesterone drug. PLGpolymers were used to prepare an in-situimplant of mifepristone after injectingsubcutaneously to rats. The results indicate thatbiodegradable injectable implants can providesustained release of mifepristone.
