Chitosan-brilliantblue gel beads based on 23 factorial designexperiments. Dried beads were filled in hardgelatin capsules and coated with Eudragit ?S100. The transit time results of this studyindicate that Eudragit? S100 with suitablethickness was appropriate for application incolon drug delivery.
