Novel Tissue-Adhesive Drug-Releasing Hydrogels Using Polymeric Micelles

We proposed a novel tissue-adhesive hydrogel formedthrough Schiff base using a polymeric micelle. Thehydrogel was adherent to peritoneum of mouse.Furthermore, adriamycin, which was incorporated into thehydrogel, was gradually released from it. These resultshave proven that the novel hydrogel was an attractiveplatform for releasing drugs.
