Electron Paramagnetic Resonance Imaging(EPRI) was applied to quantify microenvironmentalpH spatially and non-invasively in hydrated HPMCbasedmatrix tablets containing various pHmodifiers. Additionally,we demonstrated thecoherence between the microenvironmental pH anddrug release of the weakly basic drug dipyridamole.
