Glucosylated conjugated polyethylenimine (GPEI)was used as tumor-targeting gene carrier. Westernblot analysis, kinase assays, immunohistochemistry,and terminal deoxynucleotidyltransferase-mediatednick end labeling assays suggest that our aerosolgene delivery technique is compatible with in vivogene delivery and can be applied as a noninvasivegene therapy.
