Graphene oxide-polyethylenimine complex for gene delivery and uses thereof

The present invention relates to use of a graphene oxide-polyethylenimine complex for gene delivery, and more particularly, to a gene delivery vector comprising a graphene oxide-polyethylenimine complex, a method for preparing an induced (dedifferentiated) pluripotent stem cell using the same, and a pluripotent stem cell and cell therapy composition obtained therefrom. The GO-PEI complex according to the present invention is bound stably with RNA of a transcription factor inducing a dedifferentiated pluripotent stem cell and can be introduced effectively into cells, and after predetermined cell growth, the content of the GO-PEI complex in the cells is small, thereby being used as a safe and efficient method for producing a dedifferentiated pluripotent stem cell. In addition, the GO-PEI complex substitutes for a general gene introduction method and can be used as an expression system capable of expressing foreign proteins in various cell lines.
