摘要

A concise algorithm is presented in the paper from the aspects of both DFT and digital cross correlation. The amplitude and phase of the fundamental frequency component in the vibration signal of large rotary machines can be obtained by this algorithm. To measure the RMS, a numerical computation method is adopted. On these bases, a hardware circuit based on DSP is developed, and an accurate triggering logic unit for data acquisition is proposed with CPLD and phase lock loop.
