Analysis of the Sampling Method for Gaseous Emission of CEMS

The sampling system was the important part of CEMS. Now, the manufacture of continuous emissions monitoring system (CEMS) was composed of three subsystems: the sampling subsystem, the gas analysis subsystem and the data collection and control subsystem. The inaccurate of the monitoring results rely in the sample. In this paper, a brief overview of the development and study condition of sampling technique for the gas pollution of CEMS was made. Its uncertainty is the main errors source. This paper analyzed each of the sampling methods with focus on specific applicability and limitation issues. The advantages of better sampling system were appreciated.
