In order to adapt the fuze system of missile to the complicated battlefield environment and make it has excellent abilities both of anti-jamming and precise target identification, compound detection system of magnetism and laser fuzes is put forward. According to the signal features in time domain both of magnetism and laser, with membership function in statistics, soft decisions of two detection systems are gained. Dempster-Shafer evidential theory is adopted to fuse information of the different decisions. The evidential weights which are necessary for D-S fusion are acquired base on an adaptive method with the principle of minimum entropy. The theory and instance analysis indicate that D-S fusion algorithm can reduce the uncertainty of identification. It is a proper way for the compound detection system to solve the information fusion problem.
