In this paper a novel guidance control theory and method based on one missile control system is proposed. By regarding target maneuvers as disturbances parameters input, we reformulate that the missile guidance problem is one kind of disturbance attenuation control problem. It is important for missile design and system simulation and test. By theory analysis and system simulation the results showed that the new guidance law has strong robustness and excellent interception results against the maneuvering targets. And it is used in one missile control system design and simulation.
