A Research for Automatic Defect Detection Technology of Float Glass on the Product Line

摘要

A high distinguishing rate line scan CCD is used as a defect data collecting sensor, and its output data is selectively collected by DSP, then is analyzed by another DSP on the basis of the signal character of defect image, thus a result was drawn. The outcome was transmitted by way of serial port to the upper machine—PC, which will display and restore the outcome.
