摘要

The single inverted pendulum is a kind of multi-variable, nonlinear and fast system. When it is controlled by fuzzy controller, ‘rule explosion’ is easily caused for many inputs. To solve the problem, the paper provide Rough Set Criterion (RSC) of significance of influence factors by using of the characteristic of the rough set. By the theory of RSC, we can check the significance and productivity of the four inputs. At the basis, we can design fuzzy controller with reasonable, round and simple fuzzy rules and achieve control effect.
