All kinds of jamming that threaten radar network are introduced in the paper. When there is blind area, the method of judging the blind area is present. When there is target going cross the blind area, we use the gray forecasting data in stead of measuring data of the target, so we can estimate the target. And the result of the example can prove that the method is an available for tracking the target in the blind area of defence area. So the method can improve the expense and efficiency ratio.
