The Application and Research of the DNC System Based on Ethernet

摘要

Because of the variety of numerical control system, DNC system is most system-specific. In this paper, through the study at DNC configuration and its operation, the integration DNC controlling system and detailed project were put forward, which is based on the composite network configuration of Ethernet and Rs232. The integration application of DNC and CAD/CAPP/CAM is introduced. This system solved the inter link of different NC controlling systems, and has obtained good result in enterprise.
