The Application of Graph Coloring in the Boundary Scan Test Technology

摘要

In the paper, graph coloring theory in the mix-pattern circuit board DFT; at the condition of entirety applying boundary scan test technology and the test generation algorithm optimization three conditions applications are analyzed in detail, some examples are given in the paper. It is obvious that the graph coloring theory is very important in applying the boundary scan technology to improve the testability of circuit board.
