The technology that analyzing the simulation curve (Analog Signature Analysis , namely ASA technology that often say ) is a kind of unique test technology. TR210 Huntron Tracker comprehensive tester of circuit board produced by U.S.A. Tektronix Company exactly takes imitating the curve and analyzing technology as basic principle. Because simulation curves are specific V-I curves while testing, their shape can be regarded as the main description method to signify its characteristic. In fact, the analysis and discernment of the shape have become important components of image signal process and computer vision for a long time. This paper adapts the base algorithm of shape matching and uses the internal characteristic of curve as basic means on test platform of TR210 Huntron Tracker. It constructs standard shape template library of V-I curves of key test points on normal board, with which compares the curve of key points on test board by efficient shape recognition to achieves the goal of automatic testing.
