Application Study of Test System for Mine Integrated Protecting Inserter

This paper mainly discusses the application and technology oft the automatic test system used on mine which called integrated protecting device. The protector includes many kinds of inserters. It is an important task to design an automatic test system. In order to realize the system’s generalization and automation, we analyze basic pieces of many kinds of inserters and measure needs from the equipments. The basic structure of measure system is built up. On the base, the structure of the measure system is designed in detail. The hardware and software of the system is presented, Computer is used as the method to realize the test system. The software is used to take place of some functions of the hardware to improve the system’s flexibility and generality. The system has been used to check quality of ABD-8 and the experimental results show that the testing system design is successful, and it has many advantages such as generality, high quality of automation, the convenient operation and so on , so that has a wide application foreground.
