摘要

This paper combines computer technology, intelligent control technology, sensor technology, and GPRS network communication technology together, applies a DSP chip as the developing hardware platform and an operating system of real-time multi-task as the software platform, adopts CANbus, SPI bus to exchange information among parts, and exchanges the data through GPRS network communication with remote information service system. An intelligent controller used in the construction machinery is developed in order to diagnose the centralized control, online supervisory and intelligent diagnose for the construction machinery. It has been applied in one new-type wheeled loader successfully and can be used in different types of construction machinery through system parameters and channels customized. Supervising and processing all of the intelligentized construction machinery inside the net can be achieved based on network.
