Aim Calculate the intensity of base-bleed device rocket. Methods The ANSYS software is used to establish the model of limited units of the increasing distance rocket. The relation of the parts of increasing distance rocket is simulated using touch algorithm. Results The distributing of the body stress under the chamber pressure and lateral pressure can be gained through the analysis of ANSYS. Conclusion The body stress’s dangerous section and its numerical value gained by emulation calculation agree with the ones tested by shooting range. It indicates that the model of limited units and its calculation are right. The method provides design basis for base-bleed device rocket.
