Control and determination of Bubble Size in Dry Separation

摘要

The technology of dry separation with air dense-medium fluidized bed is an important direction of coal cleaning techniques in China . For this reason , the project of “ Basic research on high-efficiency dry separation of west coal resources ” supported by State Nature Science Fund is established . The dry separation result is dependent on the bubble size in dry separation , as a result , control and determination of the bubble size is a key content in this project . In this study , the bubbles in fluidized bed have been effectively determined by using experimental methods , and the influencing reason of bubbles on the separation results has been also initially discussed , at the same time , several methods for effectively controlling the bubble size in fluidized bed are proposed , so as to minimize the bubble impact on the separation results , and these methods are recommendable by experimental verification.
