摘要

Towing machine, which is the key equipment, play an important role in the process of constructing cable network. According to market research and requirement analysis, the new type self-driven towing machine that can integrate towing and running function was designed. The problem of that the import of towing machine can’t orientate promptly and exactly was resolved. The equipment can also resolve the trouble of the transportation on constructing process. Assembly process planning, Detection on interference of assembly and tolerance were confirmed by dynamic simulation in the virtual environment. In this paper, the structure of virtual assembly system of towing machine based on virtual assembly feature was built in regard to the effect of tolerance on product assemblability, which offer complete product information in the virtual environment for assembly. By simulating the dynamic assemble process in the virtual environment, product assemble sequence, method, route and tool can be acquired and information can be obtained to amend the unreasonable design in structure, which lower the cost of research, shorten the period and improve the prompt reaction ability of the enterprise.
