The Research of Data Acquisition of PLC Based on Configuration Software KINGVIEW

This paper describes analog input and analog output, digital input and digital output by use of PLC and configuration software Kingview. The data acquisition and data communication connection between OMRON PLC CQM1 and Kingview are introduced in detail. The definition of register variable, the setup of data communication and the establishment of data dictionary are expounded. The general application of PLC and Kingview is realized. IR register format, register range, data type, variable type and sequence of arrangement for input and output channel are all specified in this paper The panel definition and the specification of data type are also described. The design of surveillance and control system about PLC is realized.
