摘要

The electrostatic vector detection method is a new proximity detection method based on the vector characteristic of the electrostatic field, the electrostatic field amplitude and its orientation are derived by the measuring of the potential difference of the orthogonal arranged plate electrodes, and then the relative orientation is acquired. The difference of the object orientation acquired in two conditions is compared in this paper, the one condition is the electric field where the electrodes are placed is with uniform intensity, the other one is not the uniform intensity field in which the potential difference of the electrodes is derived based on the superposition principle. The comparison simulation test is carried out by using MATLAB software. The condition of deducing target orientation is deduced and the conclusions are proved by simulation tests.
