摘要

Quantum efficiency spectra of organic solar cells with an active layer of MDMOPPV/ PCBM (1:4 by weight) with a flat and a nanorough back reflector are modeled. We predictan increase of the short circuit current up to 50 % for nanorough cells compared to their flatcounterparts. The modeled increase is similar to the experimentally observed "light trapping"effect in thin film silicon solar cells.
