This paper is based on the heat stress and strain indices (WBGT, heat rate, body temperature, hypohydration, etc.)of different rank which can reflect the work efficiency, physical and physiological reactions of young workers who are in hot and high humidity environment doing light and moderate job. On analyzing these indices the paper has pointed out the cause of all the heat injuries and how to guard against these heat injuries, calculated the correlation between the temperature, humidity, metabolic rate and the tolerance time and given some proposal on how to prolong tolerance time without any hurt on the workers.
