摘要

In order to investigate the operation of a nozzle-flapper system of a servovalve using magnetic fluid in a hydraulic system, a study on the position control of the capsule filled with magnetic fluid was performed. A governing equation regarding the capsule behavior was derived. Using sliding-mode control, an experiment on position control was carried out, and the results were compared with the simulation results found with the governing equation.
