摘要

This paper describes the coupling effect of electromagnetic fields appearing in coupled microstrip line and coupled finline, which can support two different modes of propagation usually defined by odd mode and even mode. For this purpose, the transverse resonance method is used, permitting thus to analyze the behavior of this coupled line in fullwave approach with respect to the dispersion parameters. The obtained results show good agreement with those available in the scientific literature.
