摘要

3D vision measurement system was widely used in Reverse Engineering. But the measuring precision of thesystem is seldom discussed. First, this paper introduces the 3D laser scanning measurement system that was developedbased on binocular stereo vision sensor and its work process. Then, the main factors that influence the measuringprecision have been discussed by theoretical analysis and experiment, including the baseline length, calibration of CCD,feature location, and object’s texture. The analysis is useful for improving the measuring precision of the developedsystem.
