STUDY ON STRESS AND SPRING BACK OF U-DRAW BENDING

摘要

bending and forming is an kind of important technics in the course of punching, but as an important problem,spring back must be solved. The paper analyze the kind forcing in the field of die and punch round when the U-shapepart is formed, derive stress equation and spring back equation, then put forward the method based on cubical spline andneural network. At last, the method is compared with dynaform, the result prove the kind method put forward in thepaper is feasible.
