摘要

An elastic problem in multipoint binder is numerically simulated by FE codes ANSYS6.1. According to thesimulation results two hypotheses on the physical model of multipoint binder are presented. Thus a mathematic modelcan be obtained. There is a small deviation in peak value between the results of mathematic model and numericalsimulation. The reasons are that the physical model is simplified and two lesser items in integral equation are ignoredin order to simplify calculation. However the curve shapes of their results are in agreement very well. The mathematicmodel will be helpful to the design of multipoint binder and the real time control of blank holder force.
