摘要

Numerical simulation has been widely used in sheet metal forming analysis and its results contain largeamount of implicit, useful knowledge. A preliminary study of knowledge acquisition from numerical simulationresults is presented. A typical knowledge discovery framework was proposed and a fuzzy-rough set algorithm isdeveloped. Finally, the deep-drawing process of a square cup is studied as an example. The result illustrates thevalue of knowledge acquisition from numerical simulation.
