The Structural Design of the spraying Pump of theTractive Pesticide Sprayer

In view of the problems, which exists widely in the complete set of the protective farmingmechanical implements in our country, that due to the change of the revolution of the main enginepower shaft, the pesticide sprayer pump forms the system pressure imbalance and causes fluxpulsation in the pipeline and bad quality sprayer and so on, this article deals with the changing of thetraditional way of the power transferring and the connecting form of the mechanical implements andit puts forward the design train thoughts of the new orientation of the mechanical implements design.This paper directly deals with the driving form of the pesticide sprayer pump, the structure of thepesticide sprayer pump with legends; meanwhile it also makes an accurate calculation about theparameters chosen for the working of pesticide sprayer pump, the manufacturing efficiency, cubagedesign of the energy storer and the intensity for the pesticide sprayer pump camshaft.
