摘要

It is vital to arid inland river reservoir for flood control and irrigation. Considering thecharacteristics of the flood control and irrigation operation for arid inland river reservoir and basedon the foundation of automatic telemetering system for water regime, the flood and irrigation controlsystem is developed successfully in this paper. It introduces that the system structure and softwarefunction and runnable environment, the standardization of design, and some key technology arerealized in the process of development of the flood control system for arid inland river reservoir.Meanwhile, the method of multi-stages and multi-objects fuzzy optimum with weight in flood controlplan is adopted. The design and development of the flood control system for many reservoirs inXinJiang is taken for an example. Examined by the real flood, the forecasting accuracy is relativelyhigh and the results of the flood control is rational and it shows that the software system is reliable,stable and satisfactory. It is of great improvement for the benefit of flood control and irrigation.
