Selection and Recommendation of Suitable Machine forGathering of Aquatic Plants in Anzali Pond of Iran

In recent years, invasive aquatic plant that called Azolla entered in Anzali pond.Azolla is a dangerous plant for environmental of anzali pond, and bushy growth of this kind of weedcause to avoid light influence in to the lower layers of water surface where this has led to die fish andother marines.For this propose we study the local condition of anzali pond and morphology ofAzolla, we find that Azolla is the best valuable and nutritive plant in animal husbandry sector. Then wedefine the main objective of this study, after it by using decision –making matrix, and method ofmachine selection, we select the best mechanism for gathering the Azolla from Anzali pond. Theselected machine is shredder machine, which shred the emergent plants because maximum growth ofazolla is between emergent plants such as reed and typha. Then Azolla with shredded plants aregathered by a gathering machine.The gathering machine has a head with pick up conveyor that gathers floating material from watersurface, and stores them in reservoir.Then collected biomass is used as livestock nutrition' s.
