Preliminary Study about the Effect of PreventingWind Erosion of Reserving Stubble Mulches onFarmland

It has very realistic function for preventing farmland erosion and guiding application ofno-tillage to study about the effect of preventing wind erosion with protecting methods on thefarmland. The paper studies on comparisons among conventional bared farmland tilled inautumn, no-tillage farmland with the high stubbles and farmland with strip stubbles, and the testresults are got by the ways of dynamic and static methods. We preliminarily get the qualitativeand quantitative results of preventing wind erosion of farmland with high stubbles of the drillingcrops and hill-drop crops, analyze the internal and external factors of wind erosion and providethe specific technical measures. The paper points out that farmland with the high stubbles is asuitable and effective method for preventing wind erosion and desertification for farmland in thestrong monsoon area.
