Risk Analysis of Human Behaviour: An Hybrid Approach

摘要

In this paper an hybrid approach to human risk evaluation is presented. The method integrates a quantitativeprobabilistic assessment with a cognitive analysis of the required tasks and operators performances. Themethodology is then applied in a real life context to show its capabilities. The proposed approach may help engineersin assessing the probability of success of a procedure but also in evaluating the required cognitive profile for correcttasks execution, thus assisting in proper selection of personnel or in the correct matching of operators to operationalduties. Revised procedures for operators may result and other measures to counter the operators weak spots may bethen easily identified.
