“Competing through Networks” teaches the APICS supply chain management principles— velocity, variability, vocalize, visualize, and value— through interactive sessions and the value competition, “you are the middle link.” Its learning objective is to shift people’s perspective from “how can I be successful within the four walls of my own organization” to “how can we be successful when dependent upon other trading partners to compete as an integrated supply chain network?”
