We All Want to Buy at the Lowest Total Cost, but What Are the Best Strategies to Make This Happen?

All purchasing professionals are driven by some variation of the strategy to purchase materials and services at the “lowest possible overall cost.” The apparent simplicity of this strategy belies complex variations across industries on how to achieve it. How wide are these variations? Are industries coalescing toward “best practice” strategies? What options are working best? In this session, attendees will vote and voice their preferences, which will be tabulated and communicated back to them via e-mail.
