There exist Inter-carrier Interference (ICI) phenomena when OFDM signals are transmitted through time-varying fading channels. Due to the ICI, the performance of communication systems decreases. Based on decomposing of time-varying fading channels, the OFDM communication can be treated as data transmitting through a Discrete-Time White Noise Filter model channel. The Viterbi algorithm can be used to receive the data. In this way, the ICI and "Error Floor" in traditional OFDM system are removed, and the performance is enhanced.
