摘要

CAE is proved to be available more and more, many difficult problems are eliminated in mould industrywith computer simulation. The analysis is based on the plate and shell stable theories, and with finiteelement methods applied, a new method to evaluate wrinkling critical stress is provided, so the stability ofeach part of sheet during forming process is described by numerical methods. Through the results ofcomputer simulation, we can decide the rationality of sheet forming technics, and obtain the optimumbinder force to avoid sheet’s fracture and wrinkle. The results of the test show that the theories and methodsare very efficient.
