Laser action and discharge in gas mixtures of SF_6 with hydrogen, deuterium and hydrocarbons are studied. Non-chain HF lasers with specific output energy of 8,8 J/ 1xatm (140 J/ 1xatm) and DF-laser with output of about 1 J pumped by LC-generators were developed. HF laser efficiency with respect to deposited energy of 10 % was obtained for the first time using inductive and LC-generators.
