摘要

The present item contains several intrductory concepts concerning what we call: the theory of informational species. This new theory, which is adressed to the domain of artificial intelligence, is distinguishing itself from the existing theories, tendencies and models in this field (neural networks, the Fuzzy logic, genetic algorithm), by its particular manner of dweling on the information present in the application field. In this way, the information is processed from the angle of certain concepts such as: informational survival, informational regenerability, mental leap in the informational field, the conscience of the whole and so on. In Romania, there already exists a significant number of industrial applications in which artificial intelligence is applied, having as a basis the theory of informational species. This applications strengthen the particular feature of this new theory in the artificial intelligence area.
