PILOT COOPERATIVE E-LEARNING SYSTEM ASSISTING STAKEHOLDERS IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES

Our implemented pilot system is an e-learning collaborative tool for assisting stakeholders in project management activities. The functional software modules are: virtual meeting forum, texts organizer, social proxy, retrieving information, user profile and sharing files module. The social proxy module has the role of mutual awareness and responsibility. Software modules integration in the collaborative learning system is facilitated by the XML technology. Some usage scenarios of the system are also depicted. Designing our pilot cooperative e-learning system for managing projects takes into account the flexibility and scalability features of the knowledge management system architecture, allowing integrating new elements later. KM is seen as a cyclic process of the three correlated activities: creating, integrating and dissemination of knowledge.
