Integrating Information Management with Business Process Control: A Scenario-Based Approach

摘要

This paper presents a new information management approach, which features on modeling business activity with e-mail message dissemination scenario. The experiments of a prototype system demonstrates that, comparing to regular mail systems, it offers 1) more flexibility in control of document routine and dissemination 2) stronger ability to automate information collecting and organizing work by managing the information in the workflow context.
