摘要

The inclusion of geographically and temporally distributed members in new product development means organizations have to go virtuality. Because of individual’s self-serving and risk averse nature, they may not perform as what they agree upon in the virtual context. Trust (top-down and withinteam trust) is critical to virtual team success. We propose IT implementation promotes trust building and bring competitive advantages to the organization.
