E-hub is a new way of viewing the company’s supply chain as though it could be viewed all on one slide in a projector. This article used Williamson’s Transaction cost economics to explain the trend of supply chain. An integration model is proposed to integrate procurement, production planning, collaboration and customer relationship management into supply chain via Internet technology.
