摘要

Fe-Co alloys are important soft magnetic materials that have been widely used in industiy. Magnetic properties of Fe-Co alloy are affected by its microstructure such as grain size, crystal structure, etc. The nanostructured Fe-Co alloy powders were prepared by hydrogen-reduction of the mixed powders of Fe_2O_3 and Co_3O_4 that has been previously subjected to ball-milling process. These alloy powders were then consolidated by PECS (pulsed electric current sintering) process while preserving nanocrystalline structure, giving excellent soft magnetic property.
