The distortion produced during heat treatment of precision closed die YZTA11 Ti alloy blades are some key problems impairing the product quality. Vacuum heat treatment processing of the Ti alloy blades was inbvestigated, and the optimum processing parameters for the Ti blades production were established to resolve above mentioned problems. These include vacuum 1.33x10~(-1) ~ 1.33x10~(-3)Pa for lowering hydrogen, three steped heating of 600°C, 700°C, 800°C for controlling distortion.
