Distortion of Parts During Quenching in Conveyer Belt Type Furnace

摘要

Distortion of bearing ring during and after quenching in continuous conveyer belt type furnace is analyzed systematically, taking bearing pats as example. Influence factors and mechanism of the distortion is discussed, and the detail countermeasures to reduce distortion are put forward.
