摘要

GWX was co-precipitated with hydroxypropyl methylcellulose phthalate (HPMCP) by solvent change. Co-precipitates with GWX:HPMCP ratios ≤ 2:8, were amorphous solid solutions, and showed the highest dissolution rate and extent. Those with ratios ≥ 3:7, contained decreasing percentages of drug incorporated into solid solution, and showed correspondingly poorer dissolution performance.
